Using an external browser

For people who use other browsers, the Spider has also been equipped with a different option to preview the page. The DDE communication mechanism used causes the page currently displayed in the editor to immediately appear in the default browser window after pressing Ctrl + F11 (you can set the default browser in the Program Settings window ) as seen by Internet users around the world. This way, the Spider can work with several different browsers at once.

Browsers are detected by the Spider on startup. You can also define browsers manually using the Program Settings window or (also from the same window) redetect them.

To specify the specific browser installed on your system you want to view the page, select it from the drop-down list under the Browse button in the View menu . You will find an identical button on the main toolbar .
