Support for JavaScript and VBScript

Spider greatly supports the creation of pages and entire sites that are supported by client-side scripts (executed by the web browser to produce various effects). Modern web browsers primarily support JavaScript. Additionally, the InternetExplorer browser supports VBScript.

Supporting JavaScript and VBScript consists of several different Spider tools:

• Syntax highlighting
• Dynamic code
• JavaScript Navigator and VBScript Navigator
• Programming languages - function definition trees for JavaScript and VBScript
• JavaScript and VBScript code templates
• Formatting JavaScript source code
