Program settings - Network and server settings

The Spider offers a wide range of functions related to the operation of the Internet. These functions include the functions of publishing to FTP servers using the built-in FTP and WebDAV client, or the function of automatic project synchronization, as well as the functions of viewing or opening documents from the network via FTP and HTTP. In this category of settings you have access to all options related to the network functioning of the Spider.

The following groups of settings are available within this window:

• Network settings - general settings related to the functioning of network connections in Spider.
• FTP and WebDAV servers - adding FTP and WebDAV servers supported in Spider.
• Built-in FTP and WebDAV client - settings related to Spider's built-in FTP and WebDAV clients.
• File Queue and Project Synchronisation - FTP and WebDAV server file queue settings and general Project Synchronisation settings.
• MySQL database servers - settings related to Spider's built-in support for MySQL database servers, adding and removing databases.
• RSS feed settings - settings related to Spider's built-in support for Latest News (RSS) feeds.

This window is called with the command in the menu under the button shown on the right. You can also get to these settings from the main settings window and categories on the second tab of the main settings window .
